Do I have to sacrafice my weight loss goals so he doesn’t have to eat low fat?

I’m disgusted. With my weight, and myself! I joined this community in the hopes of it giving me the ‘nudge’ i needed towards the start of my weight loss journey. Well, I now realize I don’t need a nudge, I need a SHOVE! I got into my bathing suit the other day, the first time since the cruise in March, and I was so bummed. I wasn’t totally stoked with what I looked like in March, but compared to August, it was way better! I was looking at my scrapbook last night, at pictures from 2 years ago, and I looked great….made me kind of wonder what happened. The only real thing that has changed is I have less stress and am now living with a man 24/7. Guess that is what the problem is, because when i’m stressed, i don’t eat. And when I lived with my gram, cereal was a normal dinner for me. Now i’m eating lots of extra carbs, meats, and fattier dinner items, later in the day. I’m buying lower fat items, whole grain pastas and breads. Ryan hates it all. But at the end of the day, it’s not practical or affordable to cook 2 seperate meals just so he can have his tasty dinner while I have my low fat version. Anyone have any ideas? I’m at the point now where he’s just going to have to suck it up and eat my lower fat alternative or cook for himself. I mean, he’s not overweight but he could stand to eat healthier! Since i’m the one that buys and cooks the food, I control what we’re eating and how we eat it. And since dinner and snacking is the main culprit in my weight gain, it’s got to be the most healthy, least fattening it can be! What I need are some healthier dinner alternatives. I’m going to continue using whole grain pastas, low fat sour cream, olive oil and all that. He’s just going to have to suck it up and reap the benefits of my weight loss journey since it’s about more than just weight loss, it’s about being HEALTHY!
