the flu is so not good for exercising!

so I got the flu Thursday night and was in bed all day Friday with it. Let’s just say i was barely mobile all weekend let alone ready to move around at a fast crazy pace for exercising!

anyways, i’m only feeling a bit yucky today, so i’m going to take it slow and do my short fitness video. I don’t have to worry about calories so much since i’m still not eating alot.

Best part is I had a flu shot again this year. That was a waste!

Wish me luck, gotta get my nose back to the grindstone….with tomorrow being exactly 5 months before my wedding date, I can’t afford to slack off any longer. I know that 10-15lbs isn’t a huge amount of weight loss to accomplish, but when it’s all you have to lose it seems like it’s harder! to me anyway.
